What you will do.

Solve Next is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and experienced Sales & Customer Success Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support the sales process for our partners worldwide while driving sales growth in the USA. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies and marketing initiatives that can be adapted and applied globally.

What you will bring.

  • Support the sales process for our partners worldwide, ensuring smooth collaboration and optimal results. This includes identifying potential partners, qualifying leads, and closing deals.

  • Drive sales growth in the USA, acting as a testbed for global sales strategies. You will identify, prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities while continually refining sales processes to improve global performance.

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies and marketing initiatives that can be adapted and applied globally. You will help to shape the messaging and positioning for our services across different markets.

  • Manage and maintain the CRM platform (Hubspot) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. You will use this information to generate reports, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve global sales processes.

  • Continuously improve and automate sales and customer success processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness across all markets. You will work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Generate new leads while nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, keeping them informed of new products and offerings that are relevant for global markets. You will use your exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to engage clients and grow revenue.

  • Act as a customer success advocate, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and promoting long-term relationships with all global clients. You will monitor customer satisfaction metrics and work with clients to address any issues or concerns.

  • Utilize cross-selling and up-selling techniques to maximize revenue from existing clients, with an understanding of how these techniques can be applied globally. You will work with the marketing team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

  • Develop and execute referral programs with companies we have worked with, expanding our network and reach globally. You will use your interpersonal skills to build relationships and identify new opportunities for growth.

Requirements and skills that will help you stand out.

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success.

  • Experience selling SaaS products is a strong plus.

  • Exceptional English language skills: speaking, writing, and reading.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • A natural people person with a charming demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Clear and concise communication abilities, both written and verbal.

  • Adept at problem-solving and able to adapt to changing circumstances quickly.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably Hubspot, and the ability to manage and maintain accurate records.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment and capable of collaborating with a diverse, global team.
